Dont underestimate a low kavalactone kava this is great the next morning after u hit it hard sat nite. Its so mild but ohhh so good so very gentle to ease u into the day . Had 3 shells and boy i like this perfect for workdays all day or times when u need that extra push in the mellow direction.
