Had an idea to avoid the taste issue: Kava Jello Shots. Not sure how to prep these....if I give it a try, maybe I'll include a recipe. Has anyone else tried this?
I wonder if kava gelatin would be any good. Might be easier to consume if it got rid of some of the grainy/woody texture. On the other hand it might just end up being like hairy, fibery jello...
I can tell you that you would end up with jello on top and kava mud on the bottom. Unfortunately kava separates quite readily when left standing. If you could quickly gel them...say in a matter of seconds it would work.
