Now Its been good place And i have also drug And alcohol abuse background
I have suffered now K@ And valeriana withdrawals And kava has helped me lot
I have been without drugs And alcohol one year And Its have been best thing in my life now on
K@ was bad for me because Its was Similar to me what opioids was
And valeriana messed up my head some how
Damn … but this tradional kava has helped a lot with withdrawals what i have been suffered
How about dosage? I have been taken about 3-4 grams at times 1-3 times a day
