Double strength extract question

How long would 50g last. Like how much is used per shell/session?

There aren't really shells with it because it's not an instant kava, it's an extract that you let dissolve in your mouth (I believe). I have no personal experience with it, but I'm sure someone who does or maybe even Adil, the owner of paradise kava will chime in soon.

It's very subjective. My 1 gram usually looks quite a bit larger than the American National Standards Institute may define. 50 Grams should be around 50 shells, but you would have to know exactly how many milligrams of kavalactones were in each shell to know a direct conversion.



So if your shell is 250mg of kavalactones you have 50. If each of your shells is 1 gram of kavalactones you have about 13 shells worth. Again, subjective.

50 grams of double strength extract. You'll get more kavalactones in the extract than instant.
