I doubt any other OECD country has a higher percentage of kava users. It's good that more people seem to be drinking kava in NZ in comparison with the previous surveys. Still, it's not nearly as popular as weed, not to mention alcohol.

The sad thing is that way more people take sleeping pills and various chemical anti-anxiety drugs than kava. It's obvious that many people suffer from stress and anxiety, hopefully more of them will try kava.
