Powdered Kava Review Vanuatu Regular Grind

Started at work with my first three. First shell took the edge off good calm and euphoria . I always drink on empty stomach . Got bloated and discomfort quickly . Felt great besides that mellow kava for sure it got worse. So i had 6 shells total. Ate small dinner stomach felt better . I tell u what though this morning i was a cool calm cat and all day really , needs to be stronger for me.sleep hard and dreamed hard
