Ok well had 6 shells some 4 oz or 1 cup so it came on quick , soft and chill and boy what a days I've been having-lately. After 12 hrs i welcome that first shell .ANY WAY started in the head and eyes and took a quick minute to zap my mind and i was cool as an ice cube , in a freezer in iceland. Got home had another so then i got a little sleepy and it hit my front head almost like a headache in between my eyes i ate it has def taken me to that soft spot eyes are heavy body is relaxed mind is well there but not . Bit i am writing this review and watchin tv so thats good

I am glad that you liked the kava. I tend to get spoiled and some nights I will drink micronized, sometimes it will be instant and sometimes it will be a good medium grind, it just depends on how I feel and the experience I want to get with the kava. Aloha.
