Tomorrow will be the day

Going in for the root canal tomorrow at 2pm. This would make me have been off from the kava for two days instead of the 24 hours that was in the docs I had shown. I had searched around and did find another reference manual that said the same "24 hours" and such.

Now the question is: after the root canal can I restart the kava or should I wait for the local to wear off first?
