Nambawan is my favorite kava personally. I have used Paradise Kava for the past 6 months preferring their Fijan but the effects of Nambawan hit home for me. I always use 100% coconut water ever since switching a year ago due to preferring the mild and sweet taste plus its fat content in order to extract more kavalactones.
