Under each person's username right now it's looking at your post count and assigning a default title. Titles are such as newbie, enthusiast, and so on. You may customize this title on your user. Here's how:
Find your username in the top right corner of the website like shown in the picture below. When you click it you'll find a drop down menu. Find "Account Details". If on mobile, simply click your user icon at the top of the page, and you will find the same drop down menu.
In account details you can edit where it says "Custom Title" like in the screen below.
Be sure to click save at the bottom when you're finished.
