I usually have mondays off so i hit the root hard,sat and sun night and lemme say I love a good tongan .So had a long session last night so monday morn sometimes i have a shell or two then eat.I have never tossed and washed and my stomach was not quite settled from last night. Anyway .Total uplifting bliss the minute the shell went down gave me good energy with a calm mind and focus.Had another and boom iam a sailing and guess what not even the slightest note of tummy discomfort yet in my stomach i did eat right after and that was a rush.Great, Great, Great.Yep Gourmet is the correct word for this kava.

will you try it again with double or triple the amount ? i'm curious how that would feel. or, if it would just be completely overboard ... ?
