Great post @Henry.
Just a technical note. You might want to apply some jpeg compression to that picture at the bottom of the article. It's like 4 MB, which takes forever to download, and will stress your server. Images for the web should usually be less than 100 kB or so.
Also, is one of those people in the picture you?
