Theme won't stick - keep getting the night theme

I really like the day theme. However, even though it is selected in my preferences, it refuses to stick. On most days when I visit the forum I am back to the night theme. So I have to manually change back to the day theme. Sometimes the forum switches to the night theme in the same session.
I realize this is a very minor problem. Maybe I should pop a kava candy and forget it.

Ok! No problem. I'm headed out to dinner but when I get back I'll add you to the list of users that the themes don't change.

Hey just wanted to say its the same for me,i had a thought that it might have to do with flash..so if u delete it or use any form of program that cleans your computer it might take the saving(for the theme) away but i can have wrong
